DII was founded and is led by Dr. Dingane Baruti, M.D., a practising physician.
Our flagship, Signum Chat with AI HumanShield™, launched on Google Play in September 2026. Our engineering team builds every product in-house, and our marketing is based in the United States.
Our Founder

Dinganè Innovations Inc. was founded by Dr. Dinganè Baruti, a board-certified physician, retired United States Army Major, and American inventor.
Dr. Baruti brings together more than two decades of medical experience, 21 years of military service, and a lifelong commitment to human advancement.
Medicine and Military Service
Dr. Baruti served honorably in the United States Army for 21 years, including service in active war zones.
His medical career includes more than two decades of patient care in family and emergency medicine.
His experiences caring for patients and serving his country helped shape his conviction that technology should improve human lives while preserving human dignity.

Dingane Cervical Punch
A surgical instrument designed to obtain cylindrical tissue samples from the outer portion of the cervix.
FlowBrush Asthma Surveillance Telemedicine (F.A.S.T.) System
An innovative system combining toothbrushing, respiratory measurements, and wireless reporting to help monitor asthma.
The associated patents are titled Combination Toothbrush and Peak Flow Meter System.
His healthcare technology work also includes My Online Doctor's Visit.
